Frances just will not. stop. eating. dog. food.
Apparently, she likes the taste. Allison used to put it in her mouth--yes, she ate dog food, too--and then she'd come crying to me, hands in her mouth, trying to scrape it off her tongue. Frances jams her face full and then runs away from me so I don't take it away from her. I always catch her, of course. She's short. Once I get to her, she obediently spits it into my hand. Which is nasty, friends. Really nasty.
The dog just finds the whole thing bewildering but you know, she's not real bright.
That's my story for the day. It's starting to be a big mess in here. I'll take a picture.

Just "of the day?" You mean this is a series?
I guess I didn't think it through but now that you mention it, my children do have a number of nasty habits.
I'm just glad there were no blogs when my poor mother had the unlucky job of raising me...
I'm glad we don't have any animals b/c I'm sure we'd have the same problem w/ Ellie. Actually she was sucking on a hot chili pepper that we have growing in our yard today. Good thing she didn't bite into it!
